Nutrition

Along with exercise, good nutrition is one of the keys to good health. Simply, this means making sure you regularly eat foods which contain a lot of vitamins and minerals, as well as foods which are low in fat.. At 2B-Fit, our highly-trained nutritionist/dietician, with a master's degree in sports nutrition, will design a diet to compliment your specific goals – whether it is to loose weight, gain weight – or just maintain a healthy status quo.

Also, special attention is always given to people with specific dietary needs, such as sugar-free meals for diabetics, salt-free diets for people with high blood pressure and low-fat diets for those with heart problems.

As a general rule, if you pick up a few basic good nutrition habits, you will start to feel better almost immediately. Such as:
• If you eat meat, remember BBG – Baked, Broiled, Grilled – never fried. And don't forget to de-skin that chicken before cooking, and have fish at least once a week.
• Cut back on extra fat, such as butter or margarine on bread and salad dressings.
• Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with your meals and as snacks.
• When eating away from home, watch out for "hidden" fats (such as that in salad dressings and desserts) and larger portion sizes.
• Read the nutrition labels on foods before you buy them. If you need help reading the labels, ask our nutritionist.

In the field of human nutrition, 2B-fit again employs the latest technology. The EAV Testing machine, used in conjunction with a computer, employs a very low-voltage electrical current on some points of the skin, usually the hands, and measures the resistance to the current, thus determining the condition of the corresponding meridian. It is a painless test for all ages, even young children and pregnant women. The results are made be available within one hour after being tested.

  • All foods shown in yellow are those that destroy that specific person’s immune system defences and lower his or hers resistance, resulting in frequent colds and chronic tiredness.

  • The foods in green can be eaten freely without any consequences.

  • The foods in red traumatize the flora in the intestines, while simultaneously releasing toxins which cause headaches, oily skin, hair loss, nervousness, insomnia, depression and many other problems.
